Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from JOCO Specialty Coffee LLC.

Because our coffee is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety, freshness, and product quality for all of our customers.

Grinders & Equipment

In addition to coffee, we also offer grinders and brewing equipment. These items are eligible for returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Unopened products:
    Returns may be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Change of mind:
    If you decide you no longer want the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
    These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the product and whether it has been used.

We value every customer and reserve the right to evaluate each return request individually to ensure fairness.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.

To report an issue, email hello@jococoffee.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your case and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All coffee products sold by JOCO Specialty Coffee LLC are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or delivered.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened coffee products

  • Any items reported more than 7 days after delivery

However, we reserve the right to review and consider each situation individually. Our goal is always to ensure a positive customer experience, and when possible, we may offer assistance or an appropriate solution.
