Fernanda Vila
Fernanda is a Green Coffee Buyer at RUH Green Coffee with over 10 years of experience in the coffee industry in Chile.
In 2025, Fernanda won Chile’s National Cup Tasters Championship in her first ever competition and represented Chile at the World Cup Tasters Championship in Geneva, placing 34th worldwide.
She is a strong advocate for fairness and ethics in coffee buying and remains actively involved in the global coffee community. Fernanda works closely with producers to choose and develop the green coffee that JOCO imports into the United States.

Benjamin Aceiton
Benjamin Aceiton manages sales and operations at RUH Green Coffee in Chile. He ensures that the green coffee selected by RUH Green Coffee arrives at JOCO in the United States on time. He also tracks the quality of the green coffee throughout the process to make sure high standards are always met.
With expertise in coffee trade and logistics, Benjamin works closely with producers and clients to guarantee smooth processes and consistently high-quality coffee.

Talavera Coffee
Talavera Coffee Roasters bring specialty coffee to life inspired by Mexican traditions. Founded in 2022 in Magnolia, TX, they combine passion, expertise, and creativity. Recognized nationally, Talavera was ranked 16th best roaster in the U.S. in 2024 and has earned multiple awards, including four Bronze Awards at the 2025 Golden Bean Americas, 2nd place at the 2025 US Origami Cup, and 2nd place at the 2025 Roastronix ProX Cup.
Continuing their rapid rise in the specialty coffee industry, Talavera was ranked as the 5th best roaster in the nation at the 2026 Roaster Championship.
