About Our Coffee
We partner with exceptional coffee producers around the world to source coffees we truly believe in. Most of our coffee is directly imported from South America in partnership with RUH Green Coffee, ensuring quality and transparency throughout the supply chain.
We carefully select green coffees that have been grown, processed, and handled with respect at every stage, from the farmers and their communities to the importers who bring the coffee to us. We are committed to quality, integrity, and responsible sourcing in every step of the journey.
How to Store
Store your coffee beans in a properly sealed bag or an airtight container that protects them from air exposure while allowing natural gases to release. This helps preserve the coffee’s character and overall quality.
Coffee does not expire in the traditional sense, but it gradually loses its distinct characteristics (flavor, aroma, and taste) after roasting. Once coffee is ground, these characteristics diminish even faster. For best results, grind your coffee just before brewing.
Brewing Tips
Every person’s taste is different, and that is what makes it beautiful.
Grind your beans just before brewing. Experiment to find what you like best. Adjust brewing temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, and grind size.
A good general pourover recipe is to use distilled water heated to 196°F, a 1:16 ratio of coffee to water, and a medium-coarse grind.
Trust your palate! Oftentimes, people can distinguish more flavors in coffee than they give themselves credit for. If you play with the brewing variables, you will discover your preferences.
